These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 91pht ("91pht", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 91pht online casino and sports betting platform at 91pht.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification
1.1 Access to and use of the 91pht platform is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for all licensed online gaming operators.
1.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
1.3 91pht reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
1.4 You confirm that you are accessing the 91pht platform from a location where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.
1.5 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of 91pht and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in real-money gaming activities on the platform.
2. Account Registration and Verification
2.1 To access real-money gaming features on the 91pht platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 91pht platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 91pht's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
2.4 91pht implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 91pht may request additional documentation at any stage of your account's lifecycle.
2.5 Account information, including the registered mobile number, email address, and linked payment methods, must correspond to the actual account holder. The use of another individual's identification documents or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
3.1 All financial transactions on the 91pht platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 91pht does not impose currency conversion fees on transactions processed in PHP through supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
3.2 Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes of authorization depending on the payment method used. 91pht does not guarantee specific deposit processing times as these may be affected by external payment providers.
3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed by 91pht within its stated processing window. GCash withdrawals are targeted to complete within one to two (1-2) hours under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one to three (1-3) business days. Processing times may be extended during high volume periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
3.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section of your 91pht account and may be updated from time to time.
3.5 91pht reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of potentially fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal and the reason therefor.
3.6 Deposits that have not been wagered at least once (1x) are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to a nominal processing review. This provision is intended to prevent the use of the 91pht platform as a payment processing intermediary.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
4.1 91pht may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional benefits to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
4.3 Bonuses are awarded to one eligible player account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
4.4 91pht reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.5 91pht reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit awarded as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or in circumstances where 91pht determines that the player has not complied with the applicable promotion terms.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming
5.1 All casino games available on the 91pht platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and streamed in real time. 91pht's RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.
5.2 In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, 91pht's system will record the state of the game at the time of disconnection. Incomplete game rounds will be completed, voided, or settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and 91pht's technical resolution procedures. 91pht's decision in such matters is final.
5.3 Players must not use any software, algorithm, or external tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5.4 Collusion between players — including coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud the platform or other players — is strictly prohibited. 91pht employs monitoring tools to detect collusion patterns and will act accordingly where such patterns are identified.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 91pht is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The 91pht platform provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account will result in permanent exclusion from the 91pht platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91pht platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose;
- Using another individual's account, payment method, or personal information without authorization;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in fraudulent charge-backs or unauthorized payment reversals;
- Money laundering, or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems;
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
91pht reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account and report activity to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the 91pht platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 91pht or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 91pht platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 91pht content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The 91pht platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 91pht makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, 91pht does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 91pht's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
9.3 91pht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from network interruption or system maintenance.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 91pht reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law, or if 91pht reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
10.2 You may request the closure of your 91pht account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable withdrawal processing fees) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 91pht platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 91pht, you should first contact 91pht's customer support to seek an informal resolution. 91pht will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and if permitted under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Unit for adjudication. The parties shall cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
12. Amendments to These Terms
12.1 91pht reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the 91pht platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
12.2 Your continued use of the 91pht platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
